In the beginning....

Hi - I thought it was time I started my own blog as I have been reading others for a little while, it was time for me to contribute...

I have a 1962 Morris Minor ute that I have been 'restoring' for some time now. Six years to be precise. I have never really had a passion for restoring vehicles, or a real interest in doing so... I kinda just fell into it and now I am just about to register my beloved little ute.

Since beginning this project, I have changed jobs, watched the birth of my first child... and second child... completed major renovations of our home (with my beautiful wife and kids), and lost ~ 30kgs in weight!.

So, this blog is not really about my Morrie, more so about the wonderful and challenging life I have lead during the past six years of restoring it.
